In spring 2015, my friend and I had the chance to spend five days in Beijing and it was the first time we visited China. We felt so excited and willing to learn. The first time indeed and not the last, that’s for sure. The Chinese culture is obviously so different compared to ours- European people – and I have to admit that I might have been part of those judging without knowing nor understanding. Time has changed and I understood one more time that it was better to make my own opinion and see by myself. Imagine everybody making their own experience before talking or making a judgement based on subjective ideas and misconceptions – life would be much more different all around the world. I know I don’t write anything new but it’s the feeling that I want to share tonight for the Chinese New Year.
