DUO ROSA – when emotion leads to perfection

The Duo Rosa is composed of Stephany Ortega, soprano and Léna Kollmeier, piano. The duo launched its first CD Return (a journey between Europe and Latin America), under the label Et’cetera Records, at the Philharmonie Luxembourg in November 2016. After that, Duo Rosa started a promotional tour – “Return World Tour” – across Europe (Brussels, Rome, Madrid, Berlin, Barcelona…), the US and the Dominican Republic. Coming soon, these talented ladies will be performing Weill Recital Hall –  CARNEGIE HALL in New York on April 8, 2017!

In the album Return, the Duo Rosa retraces an imaginary homecoming. Stephany and Léna take us on a surprising journey, passing through Luxembourg, France, Spain and Latin America, paying homage to composers of the Old and New Worlds who shared influences and who had strong ties with one another. A look back at”Return” CD release in Luxembourg

The CD release Concert took place at the very heart of Europe, in Luxembourg city and more precisely at the prestigious Philharmonie, on 19 November 2016. I feel honoured and happy because I had the pleasure to share this very special moment with DUO ROSA.

Their duo is passionate. The feeling between the two artists is natural. They trusted me on that night and let me join them in this incredible journey. I followed them with my camera- backstage, getting dressed, make-up, soundcheck, light
— preparation, organisation, concentration — Then the magic simply happened. The Duo Rosa did a great performance and succeeded in creating a charming & powerful atmosphere. Stephany & Léna gave us lots of love and great energy. Standing ovation.
